Summary
Due to expansion Retro Industrial Services are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join their team in and around the Great Yarmouth & Norwich area.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.
This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also being part of a team.
Duties:
Perform general cleaning tasks including: dusting, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming floors
Cleaning & sanitising restrooms, kitchens & communal areas.
Ensuring all cleaning supplies & equipment are used safely & stored correctly.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with clients or staff members.
Follow established cleaning procedures & protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Experience
Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Attention to detail is a must for this role.
